The Business Model: How We Work
Traditional consultants charge by the hour and are incentivized to take as long as possible. We work differently. We turn complex services (like a Digital Audit or an Automation Build) into fixed-price products with a defined scope. You know exactly what you are getting, how long it will take, and exactly what it costs before we start. No surprises..
We are built for SMBs (Small to Medium Businesses) typically generating between $0 – 1M – $10M in revenue.
The common thread: You are successful and profitable, but your back-office operations are chaotic, manual, and reliant on spreadsheets.
We have specific “DIY” (Do-It-Yourself) kits and lower-tier packages designed for micro-businesses. However, our Sprints (like the Cash-Flow Migration or Internal University) are best suited for established teams of 5–50 people who have the complexity to justify the investment.
No. We do not fix printers, configure office WiFi, or remove viruses from laptops. We are Digital Operations Architects. We build the systems (Software, Automation, Data) that run your business. If you need IT support, we can introduce you to great local partners.

Pricing & Payment
Because hourly billing aligns incentives the wrong way. It rewards inefficiency. By charging a fixed price for an outcome (e.g., “A fully automated finance stack”), we are incentivized to be efficient, and you get budget certainty.
The only cost outside of our fee is the Software Subscriptions (SaaS fees) for the tools we implement.
Example: If we build you a Customer Support AI, you will pay us for the build, but you will pay the software provider (e.g., Intercom or Chatbase) for the monthly license. We always select tools that fit your budget and break down the “Total Cost of Ownership” before we sign.
For most Sprints:
50% Deposit to secure the booking and start date.
50% Completion Payment upon project handover.
For Retainers, we charge monthly via automatic credit card billing.
No, we do not offer refunds on completed work, but we prioritize your reputation and satisfaction above all else.
Technology & Tools
No. We specialize in Low-Code / No-Code integration.
Why? Custom software is expensive to build and a nightmare to maintain.
Our Philosophy: We connect robust, industry-standard tools (like Xero, HubSpot, Zapier, Microsoft 365) to run your business. This ensures your system is stable, secure, and easy for you to manage after we leave.
100% Yes. We hate “Vendor Lock-in.” We set up every account in your name with your billing details. You hold the “Master Keys” (Admin rights). We simply operate as an admin user during the project. If you decide to stop working with us, you keep everything.
We are pragmatic. If you love your CRM, we won’t force you to change it unless it is fundamentally broken. We will likely build automations around it to make it work better. However, if you are using legacy server-based software from 1999, we will strongly advise a migration to the Cloud for security and efficiency.
The Process: What to Expect
We do the heavy lifting, but we need your input to get it right.
Week 1 (Discovery): Expect to spend 2–3 hours on calls with us so we can map your process.
The Build: We work in the background. You focus on your business.
The Handover: Expect a 90-minute training session at the end.
We operate on a Sprint Schedule. We limit the number of active projects to ensure quality. Typically, we can book your Sprint start date within 1–3 weeks of your inquiry.
Absolutely not. That is why you hire us. We translate “Geek” into “Business.” Our training is designed for non-technical staff. If you can use a smartphone, you can use the systems we build.
Support & Maintenance
We don’t just disappear. Every project concludes with a Video Handover and a “User Manual” PDF. We include a warranty period (typically 14 days) where we fix any bugs or glitches for free.
Systems need maintenance. APIs change, and businesses evolve.
Option A: You can fix it yourself (we train you how).
Option B: You can hire us for a one-off “Tune-Up” Sprint.
Option C (Recommended): You can join our “Digital Growth Partner” Retainer. For a flat monthly fee, we stay on your Slack/Teams, fix bugs instantly, and help you continue to optimize.
Yes. If you have purchased our “Internal University” service, the training is automated! If not, we can be booked for ad-hoc training workshops for new staff.
