Website & Services: vogueboost.com and associated portals for FinTech upskilling productised services, digital products, and subscriptions.

Registration: Registered in England & Wales.

1) Ownership of Copyright Unless otherwise stated, all content, products, solutions, frameworks, educational materials, and processes on the Site and within our Services are the exclusive copyright © Vogue Boost Ltd (and/or its licensors). All rights are reserved. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Curricula, courses, videos, playbooks, templates, checklists, Signal Rooms materials, Role‑Based FinTech Paths, FinTech Capsules, pricing frameworks, and internal workflows;
  • Original methodologies, research, insights, strategic analysis, and copywriting;
  • Software, code, design, layout, UI/UX, and platform structure (excluding open‑source components as noted);
  • Any AI‑enhanced or AI‑augmented materials created or commissioned by Vogue Boost.

2) Trademarks “Vogue Boost” and associated logos, names, marks, and offering architectures are trademarks or trade names of Vogue Boost Ltd. Other names and logos may be trademarks of their respective owners. No rights are granted to use our marks without prior written permission.

3) License to Business Customers (What You May Do) Subject to your Agreement (Terms & Conditions, Order/SOW, and policies) and full payment, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable license to:

  • Access and use the purchased digital products and subscription content for your organisation’s internal business use by your authorised Users/seats.
  • Download and retain reasonable copies of permitted materials for internal use only, keeping all copyright and proprietary notices intact.
  • Quote short excerpts (e.g., a few sentences) with clear attribution and a link back to vogueboost.com, provided such excerpts are not a substitute for the original materials and do not reveal premium content at scale.

(Note: Enterprise/Institutional Licenses expanding these rights govern to the extent of any conflict.)

4) Prohibited Uses (What You May Not Do) Except where expressly permitted by us in writing, you are strictly prohibited from:

  1. Copying, reproducing, redistributing, mirroring, or publicly displaying our courseware, frameworks, playbooks, or libraries outside your organisation.
  2. Sharing, reselling, renting, or sublicensing our materials or access credentials to third parties.
  3. Training AI models, algorithms, or datasets using any Vogue Boost content.
  4. Extracting, scraping, crawling, performing bulk downloads, or deriving new works to create a substantively similar product or curriculum.
  5. Using Vogue Boost’s solutions, structures, frameworks, or commercial offerings for competitive or commercial purposes (e.g., providing external training/consulting).
  6. Removing, altering, bypassing, or obscuring copyright, trademark, digital watermarks, or other proprietary notices.
  7. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling software included with the Services.

5) Monitoring, Enforcement, and Penalties Vogue Boost actively monitors for infringement to protect its intellectual property. Our monitoring tools include automated AI‑based content scanning, manual/legal audits, digital watermarking, and trace identification. We will enforce our intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law. Discovered violations may result in:

  • Immediate platform-level takedowns and DMCA/UK notices.
  • Injunctions prohibiting further use.
  • Claims for statutory damages, loss of business/revenue, and reputational harm.
  • Recovery of legal costs and pursuit of commercial restitution (including profits gained from unauthorized use).
  • Commercial misuse, copying of paid products, or replication of strategic frameworks may trigger enhanced damages due to willful infringement.

6) User‑Generated Content (UGC) If you submit UGC (e.g., reviews, comments, workshop artifacts), you retain your copyright but grant Vogue Boost a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute your UGC for operating, securing, and improving the Services and for reasonable marketing. You warrant that your UGC does not infringe third‑party rights.

7) Third‑Party Materials The Services may reference or include third‑party content (e.g., standards, regulatory texts, open‑source components). Such content remains the property of its respective owners. Where we use open‑source software, the applicable licences may override certain restrictions in this Notice for that component only.

8) Educational Exceptions (Fair Dealing / Fair Use) Nothing in this Notice limits non‑excludable rights under applicable copyright law (e.g., fair dealing in the UK). However, these exceptions are narrow; most business training uses require a licence from Vogue Boost.

9) Requesting Permission For permissions beyond your licence (e.g., Enterprise licensing agreements, external training use, translations):

  • Email: permissions@vogueboost.com
  • Include: Your organisation, contact details, the specific material, intended use, audience, distribution method, territory, and duration. We will respond with approval, conditions, or refusal. No implied licence is granted by silence. Any misuse results in immediate termination of the license and potential legal action.

10) Copyright Infringement & Takedown (UK/EU & Global) We respect the intellectual property rights of others.

10.1 How to Report Infringement to Vogue Boost: If you identify unauthorized use of Vogue Boost’s content, or if you believe your own work has been infringed upon our platform, send a notice to copyright@vogueboost.com including:

  • Your name, organisation, and contact details.
  • A description and exact URL(s)/location of the copyrighted work in question (include screenshots or evidence if reporting a Vogue Boost infringement).
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised.
  • A physical or electronic signature.

10.2 Counter‑Notice (for Users): If you believe your material was removed in error, send a counter‑notice to copyright@vogueboost.com detailing your identification, the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury regarding the mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. (Note for U.S. rights‑holders: While Vogue Boost is UK‑based, we honour properly formed DMCA‑style notices for efficiency).

11) Repeat Infringers Per our Acceptable Use Policy, we may suspend or terminate access for Users or Clients who repeatedly infringe copyrights or who submit fraudulent notices.

12) Links, Embeds & Framing

  • You may link to public pages on vogueboost.com in a way that is fair, legal, and does not damage our reputation.
  • Framing or embedding the website or its materials in any external platform without written permission is strictly prohibited.
  • Do not use our logos or trademarks in links without prior written consent.
