Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Effective Date: 1 March 2026

Applies to: All Clients, their Users, and anyone accessing vogueboost.com or related learning environments.

This AUP protects the integrity, security, and lawful use of Vogue Boost’s Services and the IP in our training materials. It forms part of the Terms & Conditions.

1) Account & Access

  • Business Use Only. Access is limited to Client’s authorised Users for internal business purposes.
  • Seat Licensing. Seats are individual and non-transferable (unless reassigned per your plan/SOW). No shared logins.
  • Security. Keep credentials confidential; enable MFA/SSO if available; notify us immediately of suspected compromise.

2) Prohibited Content

Do not upload, share, or transmit content that is:

  • Illegal (e.g., unlawful financial promotion, sanctions violations, fraud).
  • Infringing (copyright, trademarks, trade secrets).
  • Harmful (malware, spyware, viruses, or code that disrupts Service operation).
  • Abusive or discriminatory, including harassment or doxxing.
  • Personal data of third parties without proper authority.

3) Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  1. Copy, redistribute, or publicly post our training materials, videos, playbooks, templates, or courseware except as explicitly permitted by your license or Enterprise addendum.
  2. Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, crawl, or use robots to extract content or bypass access controls and rate limits.
  3. Circumvent seat limits, DRM, or technical protections; share login credentials with any other individual, whether internal or external to your organisation.
  4. Misuse brands: Imply endorsement by or affiliation with Vogue Boost without prior written consent.
  5. Overload or disrupt the Service (e.g., DDoS, resource abuse, unusual traffic patterns, automated bulk downloads).
  6. Introduce malware or conduct security testing (penetration, vulnerability scanning) without prior written permission.
  7. Use the Services to compete with Vogue Boost’s offerings (e.g., reproduce courseware for external training/consulting) without an Enterprise license.
  8. Export‑control or sanctions breaches: Do not use the Services in violation of applicable export/sanctions laws.
  9. Privacy violations: Do not collect or process personal data within the platform beyond what’s necessary for learning/community participation.
  10. Spam or unsolicited promotions within community areas; no lead harvesting.
  11. AI Training & Machine Learning: You must not use, upload, or scrape any Vogue Boost materials, curricula, or platform data to train, fine-tune, or prompt machine learning algorithms, large language models (LLMs), or other AI systems.

4) Community & UGC Rules

  • Be respectful, constructive, and professional.
  • Do not share confidential or proprietary data you are not authorised to disclose.
  • We may moderate or remove content violating this AUP and suspend repeat offenders.

5) FinTech‑Specific Use & Disclaimers

  • Our materials are educational. Do not present them as financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
  • Do not use the Services to facilitate or promote unlicensed financial activities, fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion.
  • You are responsible for your regulatory compliance.

6) API & Automation (if applicable)

  • Respect published rate limits and fair use.
  • Do not use automation to download libraries in bulk or replicate course structures.
  • Any API keys must be kept confidential and used solely for permitted purposes.

7) Monitoring & Enforcement

  • Vogue Boost actively monitors platform usage—including the use of automated AI-based content scanning, trace identification, and digital watermarking—to protect security, detect abuse, and ensure strict license and copyright compliance (in accordance with our Privacy Policy).
  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations, with or without notice, consistent with the Agreement.
  • We may preserve and disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or Service integrity.

8) Reporting Abuse

Report suspected violations to support@vogueboost.com with relevant details (URLs, timestamps, screenshots). We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days.

9) Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new Effective Date and, where appropriate, notified via email/banner.

10) Consequences

Violations may result in:

  • Content removal or moderation;
  • Suspension or termination of accounts;
  • Fees for excess usage or remediation where applicable;
  • Legal action where warranted.
